1. How do I know the land is genuine?
All lands we sell belong to Naason Real Estate Ltd while others are owned by our verified grantors. Every property is verified, registered, and free from litigation. We provide full documentation and encourage buyers to conduct their own due diligence at the Lands Commission.
2. Can I visit the land before buying?
Yes, absolutely. We arrange free site visits so you can see the exact plot, the area, and nearby amenities before making any payment. Our official site visiting days are Wednesdays and Fridays, but we make exceptions for prospective clients who prefer another day, holidays included. We handle everything to make the process easy and stress-free.
3. How can I buy land from Naason Real Estate?
You can contact us via call, WhatsApp, email, SMS, or office visit. Once we confirm availability, you can visit the site, choose available plot, and proceed with payment, whether full, deposit, or instalments (up to 6 months).
4. What payment options are available?
You can make an outright payment, a deposit, or choose our instalment plan of up to six months. For added security, payments are made through the bank with a Power of Attorney issued in your name.
5. What documents will I receive after payment?
Right after your initial payment, you’ll receive a sales invoice and receipt. Your site plan is processed and delivered within one month, while your indenture is ready within three months.
6. When will my land be officially handed over to me?
Once all payments and paperwork are completed, your land is officially allocated to you. You can choose to have it marked with corner or dwarf pillars, depending on your preference.
7. Can I register or fence my land immediately?
Yes, you can. After full payment and allocation, you’re free to register your land at the Lands Commission or start fencing your property. Our team can assist if you’d like professional support through the process.
8. What makes buying from Naason Real Estate safe?
We sell only company-owned lands, meaning there are no hidden owners or legal surprises. Every transaction comes with proper documentation, verified by the Lands Commission. Our process is transparent, traceable, and secure — built to protect your investment.
9. Can I buy land if I live abroad?
Yes. Many of our clients live outside Ghana. We can arrange virtual site tours, handle paperwork remotely, and guide you through secure payment and documentation, so you can own genuine land without being physically present.
